Ocotber 16th makes me smile. Do you want to know why? Well it's the day that one of the best books hits the big screen, "Where The Wild Things Are" gahhhh I can't wait! This book was read to me when I was a youngin in elementary school and we did the play. Even tho I didn't get the role of Max (fuck you Graham Abbott) haha I was a phucken tree that talked, bullshit. Anyways I hope the actual movie is just as good as the book.

Biggest Fan

I swear I can be sad, angry, depressed any emotion you could think of that's not fun while you're feeling that way but I swear I see or hear Pee-Wee's voice and I can't help but smile. He's a freak but in a good way and I LOVE him. Everyday Saturday morning I'd wake up and watch him. I had all his videos and watched them religiously. This clip is one of my favorite scenes and I swear we all said at one time ''why don't you take a picture it lasts longer'' haha. Word. I am a 90's kid fa show.

This Isn't Texas

You know how they say things are always bigger in texas, well not in this case. A woman gave birth to a 19.2 pound baby!

WTF. I mean it just sounds painful, right? I guess it was a good thing they did a c-section on her. I couldn't imagine my nieces being that big when born. Sheyenne is 13 months and probably barely weights that, she has like the Simon Birch syndrome and Eliana is all mexican, you know how we roll skinny and lanky with those sexy ass skinny legs. Fame Kills

Kanye Bitchassness West and Lady Gaga are going on tour together, which is called ''Fame Kills'' starting November 10th in Phoenix and ending it January 24th in Dallas. It's funny how he teamed up with Lady Gaga since she's a freak and so is he. I mean their over the top personalities should be interesting. I personally would go just to see what she'll do next or what she'll come out in next. As for Kanye I could care less about dropping a pretty penny on him. His next cd has to be better then his 1st, 2nd and 3rd in order for me to buy that shit. I'll poop on Kanye and I'd probably just smack Lady Gaga in the face, a love tap if you will. Word

Kid Millionaire

The new music video for the Steve Aoki track, I'm In The House is alright but I like it so that's a good thing. It gets my head nodding to the beats and break downs. The cut features Zuper Blahq aka Will.i.am. It's his side project from what I understand. Of coarse Aoki is doing nothing again but dancing and throwing hands in the air shirtless or rocking cool ass outfits. Check it out

Love Us

Yes I'm mexican and yes I'm a Raider's fan, what! It's not because I'm mexican that I'm a Raider's fan I just grew up watching the silver and black. The New Black

October 27, 2009 Dj Hero will drop in all video game stores and its just like Rock Band except you'd be Djing. Ok how many people do you think will want to be Djs now? I bet a good amount because check out all the kids who played Rock Band and because they score perfects on certain songs with a certain group of people they then think that they will go big and start up a band, I think it's lame and funny. I'll admit I have played Rock Band but only at my friends house drunk and they made me singer because when I'm drunk I don't give a fuck. Word. Anyhow the cool thing about Dj Hero is that DAFT PUNK will feature 11 original mixes

I'm sure you all know what happened at the VMA's with Kanye being way out of line taking Taylor Swift's glory moment. He was way out of line. I personally haven't been very fond of him the last year or so. He's arrogant and his head gets bigger by the day and I can't stand that quality in a person. I don't own a pair of maroon shoes yet but I want to make these my 1st. So when these come out in October/November I will have saved up enough money to be rocking these because money doesn't come that easy to me anymore ever since I stopped being a horse jockey

Bow Tie Killer

At the beginning of this year I would rock a bow tie almost every time I wore a button up shirt, but it's been awhile since that's gone down.

I think bow ties are legit because you don't see everyone wearing one, you see everyone being boring and predictable with their ties. Sure you know I had my friends making fun of me calling me Orville Redenbacher because I'd also wear black framed glasses. Anyhow they'd call me that but then like an hour later once they were feeling good from the shots and what not they'd tell me that they really loved how I wore bow ties and they wished they could pull one off, haha word. Where I'm going with this is that I think it's time for my bow ties to come out of hibernation.

Dew Rag

Ok ok how come I've never seen anything like this in person before? Is it because I live in little Santa Barbara? I think that's it. Serio tho this breezy is getting hyphy on an old lady, which makes me kinda sad but at the same time I can't help but laugh at the shit she's saying. ''Where my dew rag at'' I think that's my favorite line in the whole video, it makes me want to get ghetto on people smacking faces and pinching butts. O.G. Gum

For Labor Day I headed up to Solvang, a cute little town 30 minutes or so up north of Santa Barbara. It's like a danish town full of cute little shops, danish bakeries and knick knack shops. I came across a candy store that had almost EVERY type of candy I used to eat back in the day as well as gum. Ahhhh as soon as I saw the box of Fruit Stripe I almost pissed in my pants from excitement because I can't find this gum anywhere in Santa Barbara.

I just took me back to the good ol days where I'd ride my skateboard to 711 on the mesa and literally stick like the whole pack in my mouth, or at least try to. It made me feel like a Zebra.

Bad News Bears

So today I find out via internet that The Hundreds Labor Day block party is canceled. All because 1 neighbor in the fairfax community is complaining about the amounts of people that come to the event. Over the past couple of years they had gone through the city and LAPD to comply with the ordinances and made sure they were putting on a fun, safe event for the fairfax community, but the little bitch last year threw a hissy fit and vowed The Hundreds would never have a party on the streets again. This little man just ruined a great opportunity for me to meet a lot of cool ass kids and possibly some leads in the industry. That man must be unhappy and was probably the one in high school without a prom date and now is taking it out on the youth, who are trying to have good clean fun. I HATE YOU...You ruined my Labor Day you FREAK

He Spits

Alexander Spit is phucken legit hands down. The Hundreds believed enough in him to support and make his upcoming solo album ''Open 24 Hours'' happen.

He's a 20 year old San Franciscan with stale cigarette breath, a faded vintage tee and swagger like a cool ass kid. He's a former member of the San Francisco and Los Angeles based hip hop crew The Instant Messengers. I heard about him from reading The Hundreds blog (daily ritual) and they had a posting on him giving the low down on his upcoming album stating his music is engaging and relevant, inspired by the past but directed towards the future. So what did I do? Of coarse download 2 of his songs from Itunes. Serio I've been bumping them everyday since. It sounds so clean and it's so simple none of this diluted or cheap mimicry shit.

Block Partayy

As I sit here in the SBCC school library killing time before my next class I couldn't help but remember that this weekend is Labor Day. This Monday will be The Hundreds 4th annual block party. We had planned on going but last week I found out we'd be doing my dads bbq that Monday but someone loved me yesterday because I found out we are doing it Sunday, so you know what that means right? My happy ass will be at Rosewood and Fairfax from 12pm to who knows that time.

I'll be celebrating Labor Day with a bunch of cool ass kids I don't even know but I'm ok with that I'll be with my girlfriend and some other friends. I hope my broke ass can some how come up off some goods while I'm there.

7th Letter

I loves me some Levi Maestro aka Maestro Knows. On his 2nd online season episode 6 he takes you to Seventh's Letter New Era Hardshow in Santa Monica. For those of you that don't know Seventh Letter was founded in 2000 be Casey ''Eklips'' Zoltan leader of AWR MSK, a prolific West Coast graffiti crew. Seventh Letter is the crew's fashionable output, where artist can display their works of art in the forms of clothing, art exhibits and other art inspired projects. Up and running for 9 years this crew is legit and if you are part of the graffiti world you know what I'm talking about, and if you don't then you're not that cool.

Wtf I barely get one of their limited hats from the THSF store for my birthday this past weekend and they have another 2 coming out from both THLA and THSF and they're effin cool! I would much rather have the Rosewood one tho from THLA.
