No H8

So I got this video from Justine and when I saw this not going to lie I shed a couple of tears. I can't find words to explain how this makes me feel. As being openly gay I strongly stand for equality for all it's a constitutional right. We will need to do more than protest to change public opinion. It's time to talk to our friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers...just like it was done in 1977. It's all about educating people on things they have no clue on. We're up against a lot but I know with time and proper tools we too can and will have the right to marry whom we please. Below is a trailer of an upcoming documentary film "8: The Mormon Proposition". Obviously, it's about Proposition 8 and the banning of gay marriage in California. Even more, it's about the Mormons that dumped millions of dollars into taking away peoples' rights. Be aware of what's going on, and don't let people feed you with bullshit. Educate yourselves

Fist Pump

Tim Burton has had his way with Alice in Wonderland which is scheduled to hit theaters March 5th and now, he's looking onto future plans. From what I hear ''sources'' claim that Tim is looking to adapt Sleeping Beauty into a new film, but check this out instead of it being based on the princess he wants to follow the villain Maleficent, holy fuck! This would be an amazing dark film, not that all of Tim's films aren't like that but to follow Maleficent and make her the main character, she's one fucked up bitch

Old Memory

So as I sit at my house trapped inside from all the rain we've been having I couldn't help but start you tubing a bunch of videos, whether they be comical, music or random weird shit and of course getting caught up in the music category because it's what I love. All excited I start looking through a bunch of groups; Digitalism, Moving Units, Yelle, Ratatat and so on. I guess you could say I was getting my daily electro fix. I get to The Presets and bam I take a walk down memory lane. You want to know why? Well last April me and Justine saw them live at The Glasshouse in Pomona and it was literally one of the best shows I've been to in a while. Way better live I'll tell you that. We went ape shit for a good couple of hours. I highly recommend them. This one song stood the fuck out to me. Always and forever baby. Enjoy

I'm Here

Spike Jonze's new short film entitled ''I'm Here'' is making its debut tonight at Sundance. The Absolut-funded marketing project turns into a 35-minute short story about a robot in a captivating world. Always the master story teller, Spike’s new short film has tremendous promise and should definitely be something to look forward to when it receives a wider release.

Yes Please

I know those of you that were born in the 80's/90's remember these bad boys.
A year ago or so it would be kinda difficult to find in stores and if you did find online they would be hella expensive. But since the polaroids were so iconic they are making a comeback. You can now find these at Urban Outfitters for more then I've ever paid for one but they're being purchased. I personally love these cameras and the one you see above will be coming out later in the year going at an estimated price of $100. I'd be dumb enough to buy it. It's so retro

Humdrum Town

Theophilus London deliveries his newest video single, Humdrum Town. Clearly an ode to the 80s including Karaoke jams, distinct haircuts and a fly moped the video boasts unique creativity that leaves us waiting for more material from this talented Brooklynite. He kinda sounds like Kid Cudi, don't you think?
