Pepper Peppermint is someone you'll see on State Street just mobbing up and down talking to complete strangers because well that's just how he is. This guy is hilarious. He's loud and obnoxious and I like that about him. He told me he's famous and going to be on TV shows and I said ''rad'' and he went on and on and on and on and on, I kid you not. Well I happened to run into him on State (big surprise) and I told him to bust a flow for me since he's famous and this was what I got.
